Refurbishment works to commence at Blacklion Enterprise Centre in February 2009, with thanks to funding recieved from Enterprise Ireland. The aim of the planned refurbishment works is to increase the specification of the units and encourage potential businesses to the Centre.

Cavan County Enterprise Fund welcomes applications from projects that can make a difference to their communities and the region under the Social Finance Foundation. The SFF involves the provision of repayable loan finance at affordable rates to community-based projects and local development initiatives (including individual and community micro-enterprise), which yield a social and financial return.
