Promoting Enterprise in County Cavan.Cavan CEB officially launched a series of events and seminars which will run throughout the month of March. All events are aimed at business owner/managers in the county. Booking is advisable as places are limited. Thinking of Starting a Business?As part of our commitment to provide relevant, affordable training supports for those who have recently set up their own business or those considering starting a business, Cavan County Enterprise Board is running the next Start Your Own Business Programme commencing Wednesday, May 27th 2009. It runs for eight evenings (7pm to 10pm) with an opportunity to avail of a one to one clinic at the end of the programme. Student Enterprise Awards 2009Loreto College Cavan were delighted to win the Innovation Award in the Senior Category of the County & City Enterprise Board Student Enterprise Awards 2009. The national final took place in Tullamore on May 14th 2009, with over 364 schools and 2,900 students participating in the national programme. National Enterprise Awards 2009The National Enterprise Awards competition is organised annually by the County & City Enterprise Boards of Ireland to acknowledge the achievements of the small business sector. Each participating board will select a county winner to be put forward to represent the county at regional and national final level in November. Details are available upon request. |
