Accelerate - Driving Your Business Forward

Creating sustainability and growth is very important for business. This programme aims to offer comprehensive expertise to help your business be sustainable in the short term and deliver growth in the future. 

The overall aim of the Accelerate Programme is to provide you, the owner manager, with the management, leadership, business skills and knowledge to achieve sustainability and growth in your business.  

The programme commences with a visit from the programme trainer/mentor who will discuss the programme in more detail with you and assess your specific development needs.  Following this initial visit there will be a series of one day workshops and one to one mentoring sessions, covering 6 modules over a six month period.   The modules will focus on the following topics:-  Leadership & Management, Planning & Operations, Marketing, Sales & Finance.
